Cookies

Review pending while collection is live: this page is a readable summary, not a complete legal policy and not legal advice. Collection through the booking form is already live, so this review is outstanding: it must be reviewed for the actual jurisdictions, tools, and consent practices that apply before analytics or marketing tools are enabled for real visitors; booking tools are already live and are described below.
What may be used now
- Strictly necessary / hosting cookies: anything the hosting platform itself may require for the page to load and work securely. No specific hosting cookie is named here, because none has been confirmed for this site beyond that general point.
- Embedded booking form: the Book page embeds a Google Form, so visiting that page loads Google content; Google may set its own cookies when that form loads, under Google's cookie policy, and Google's own terms and privacy policy apply to that content: Google Privacy Policy.
- Embedded booking calendar: the Book and thank-you pages embed TidyCal's booking calendar, so visiting those pages loads TidyCal content; TidyCal may set its own cookies when that calendar loads, and TidyCal's own terms apply to that content.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: none are in use on this site. ProTech itself sets no booking cookies; the embedded booking form and calendar may set their own cookies, as described above. If any such cookie is added, it must be listed here by name, provider, purpose, and duration before it is enabled.
What this page does not do
It does not give consent on your behalf, and it does not promise that no third party sets anything when you follow an external link (for example, to the current WordPress site or to ProTech Academy). Those sites have their own policies.
Your choices
You can control cookies in your own browser settings — for example, by blocking third-party cookies or clearing cookies after a visit. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop some pages from working as expected. If a consent banner or preference tool is added later, it should let you accept or refuse non-essential cookies separately, and your choice should be remembered rather than asked for on every page.
